The requirement was to replace an original drive system of a hoisting mechanism by a new one.

The project was simply realised by a replacement of the old parts with the new ones.
The replacement took approximately 1 work shift.
Interesting facts
The lift uses reinforced rubber belts instead of steel wire ropes. The hoist is provided by two electro-engines with transmissions.
