Project description
The project of the lift with the reserve engine was put into practice in a manufacturing facility/plant that works in operation JUST IN TIME (just in sequence). Because of this a backup system was implemented to secure a fluent operation in case of an existing lift breakdown without any time losses. The hoisting device is designed in accordance with strict security regulations.
Interesting facts
Our constructers designed the mechanism with a latching device which is much more accurate than the existing system at the production line. Electronic operating of the latching device is replaced with a pneumatic one. In case of the electronic latching device breakdown, the lift is fixed by a pneumatic device that uses pressed air.
